As a gift of love and care for you, I'm hosting a free group distance Reiki session on Sunday evenings at 7pm (Central time USA) that will last about 20 minutes. If you want to be included, please type yes in the comments. If you want specific intentions addressed, please make a list and focus on them. Prepare a few minutes ahead of time to be in a comfortable space, focused and quiet (music is fine), set your intentions and receive the universal healing energy of Reiki. That's it! That's all that it takes! Just be open to receive it. 
*It is highly recommended to drink a couple of glasses of water following the session to help hydrate and show love to your body.*
